Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the following countries via FedEx:

  • Poland
  • Denmark
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • France
  • Netherlands

All orders are processed and shipped using FedEx's reliable delivery network to ensure your items reach you safely and efficiently.

How much is shipping?

Costs and timing depend on where you are. Head to checkout to see your specific options.

How long my order take?

We process orders Monday through Friday (not on holidays). Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, even express ones. 

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. 

Standard shipping to Europe takes 5-10 business days after we send it out.

Where can I buy PostPerfect in person?

Not yet—we're online-only for now. But join our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when that changes. We've got big plans.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately—we'll sort it out. Lost packages get replaced, damaged ones too. Just send us photos if something arrived looking rough.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Maybe, if we haven't shipped yet. Email us ASAP and we'll see what we can do. Once it's out the door, you'll need to work with the carrier.

What about customs and duties?

EU customers don't pay extra.
