Are Postperfect products vegan and cruelty-free?


100% vegan and cruelty-free, always. With modern science, there's zero reason to use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals. Our formulas are plant-based and nobody gets hurt in the process.

Are Postperfect products clean?

Yes. No talc, aluminum, parabens, phthalates, or sulfates. Just ingredients that actually work for your skin. We're transparent about what's in our formulas because you deserve to know what you're putting on your body.

Which skin types are Postperfect products suitable for?

All of them. Sensitive, oily, dry, combination, problem skin—we formulated with dermatologists to work for everyone. Our ingredients are effective but gentle enough that your skin won't freak out.

Check the full ingredient list on each product page if you're worried about specific sensitivities. When in doubt, patch test first or show the ingredients to your dermatologist. Better safe than sorry.

Can both men and women use Postperfect products?

Obviously. Good skincare isn't gendered—everyone deserves ingredients that actually work. Our formulas are designed for skin, not stereotypes. Whether you're a guy, girl, or anyone in between, your body deserves the same high-quality care.

Are Postperfect products pregnancy safe?

Our ingredients haven't been flagged as unsafe for pregnancy or breastfeeding, but we're not doctors. Share our ingredient lists with your healthcare provider to double-check—they know your situation best.

How long do products last once opened?

Check the little jar symbol on your product—it shows months after opening. Generally 12 months for most products. Store them somewhere cool and dry.

Shipping questions

Where do you ship?

We ship across the entire EU, plus Switzerland and Norway via UPS. If you're in Poland, we've got extra options: InPost Kurier, DPD, and Paczkomaty because we like to keep things flexible.

How much is shipping?

Costs and timing depend on where you are. Head to checkout to see your specific options.

How long my order take?

We process orders Monday through Friday (not on holidays). Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, even express ones. 

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. 

Standard shipping to Europe takes 5-10 business days after we send it out.

Where can I buy PostPerfect in person?

Not yet—we're online-only for now. But join our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when that changes. We've got big plans.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately—we'll sort it out. Lost packages get replaced, damaged ones too. Just send us photos if something arrived looking rough.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Maybe, if we haven't shipped yet. Email us ASAP and we'll see what we can do. Once it's out the door, you'll need to work with the carrier.

What about customs and duties?

EU customers don't pay extra. Switzerland and Norway might have customs charges.

How do you package products?

Everything ships in protective packaging designed to keep your products safe. We're committed to sustainability, so everything comes in recycled paper materials—no plastic in sight. Good for your skin, better for the planet.

How can I check my order?

Log into your account and check your order status—it updates automatically when we process your payment and when your package ships.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Other credit cards are not accepted but can possibly be added to a PayPal account, after which you can then pay your order on our website using PayPal.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Yes—go to Manage Payment Methods at checkout and hit Edit or Remove next to whatever you want gone.

I can't login/forgot my password!

Just hit the reset password option and you're back in business.

Can I cancel my order?

Maybe, if we haven't shipped it yet. Email us immediately and we'll see what we can do. Once it's out the door, you'll need to return it instead.

What if my payment gets declined?

Double-check your card details and billing address match what's on file with your bank. Still having issues? Try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You've got 14 days from delivery to contact us if something's not right. Just email us with your order number and we'll sort it out fast.

Who pays for return shipping?

You cover return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong thing or it arrived damaged. In those cases, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Where do I send returns?

We'll email you a return address and instructions once you contact us.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items should be in sellable condition. We get that you need to test products, but don't send back empty bottles. Use common sense.

Do I need the original packaging?

Nope, as long as the product is protected during shipping back to us. Original boxes are nice but not required.

What if I got the wrong item?

That's on us — email immediately and we'll sort it with a prepaid return label. You shouldn't pay to fix our mistake.

Can I exchange instead of return?

We do returns and refunds, not exchanges. Return what you don't want, then place a new order for what you do want.

What about international returns?

Same 14-day policy applies, but return shipping costs might be higher depending on the country you send the return from. We'll walk you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us immediately with photos. Shipping damage gets handled differently than regular returns.

How long do refunds take?

Once we process your return, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to show up in your account. Sometimes banks are slower.
